Refund policy

We understand that sometimes purchases don't work out, in this case, Envie Boutique will refund the purchase. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the order. Please return to the address printed on the shipping label. Customer is responsible for shipping costs related to refunds/returns.

Items will be inspected for signs of wear and/or defect. Please note, Envie Boutique reserves the right to deny refunds for used/damaged items. Once the inspection is completed, you will be notified and sent refund information via email. 

Bodysuits and swimwear are FINAL SALE due to the delicate nature of the items. 

In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered, there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund. If an refund is issued, it will be minus the restocking fee and shipping cost.
